In the way that Chris Hurn's infectious new single 'Day of my Escape' is not your typical upbeat pop song, the latest collaboration with director Aaron Ly is not your typical music video. Filmed in Ohariu Valley, near Wellington, the music video portrays Chris as a ragged vagabond trapped in a pillory, situated in the middle of nowhere. While he attempts to escape, Chris is joined by four lost and embattled characters at crossroads.
Directed and edited by Aaron Ly and produced by Reece Baker, this music video was funded by NZ on Air.
