Produced in early 2008, the track gets its name from a line in a recent Sci-Fi movie about the failing sun.
Originally written with a slightly more cheary bent, a note from a fellow producer recalling how it made him want to 'go out and kiss a homless bum' gave rise to a darker direction, and One Poine One Degrees was reborn.
