Dexter has revved the tempo into the red . The original mournful, melancholy bass-line has been replaced by a junglistic , deep-funk groove . The addition of high energy, rhythmic percussion fills the track with syncopation that drops out into swirling moments of dreamy ambience . The vocals have been reduced to a single repetitive phrase: " I HAVE THE TIME - THE TIME - THE TIME "
