Greg Johnson - Seven Day Cure

Greg Johnson's latest album 'Seven Day Cure' is a sweet, folk based album worthy of a relaxing Sunday afternoon. Filled with passionate, emotive ballads and soft pop songs it's a delight to listen to.
'Seven Day Cure' chronicles Greg's love of travel, thoughts of his family and friends in New Zealand and his new life in California and was recorded in his current home-away-from-home Santa Monica.
Album opener 'I Got Opinions' is an up-tempo ditty with a delightful menagerie of instrumentation, followed by 'Yesterday and Today' which, with a strong organ and electric guitar influence, resonates a more solemn undertone.
'Say Hello To The Old Town For Me' conjures up imagery of Ireland with it's folk-twang while 'Overly Susceptible' takes us to sunny shores of Jamaica.
And lastly, the album closes with 'I Remember Sunshine' a track well worth waiting for.
