Tommy - Tomorrow I might go

I've been listening to Tommy's Tomorrow I might go for about three weeks now. I've been slowly absorbing the flavours, savouring the piquant elements and pondering the bass notes - swishing the whole lot around my mouth and allowing enough air to get to it so that I can really taste the whole collection at the same time.
After an acoustic appetiser for starters, the main course gets going. For my taste the best part of the album runs from track two 'Call to America' and through 'Dancehall', 'Karaenas Eyes', ' Angels' and 'Ethereal War'. There is a steady dub reggae sound that moves easily from acoustic roots through to modern electro dub with hip hop styling's that are reminiscent of Rage against the Machines 'Bomb track'. The musical meal is rounded off with three singer songwriter tracks 'Tomorrow I might go', 'Naked', 'Seed' and a final acoustic number 'Holding on'.
Throughout the album there is a distinct conscious theme. Expect to hear lyrics about dreadlocked anarchists, greedy politicians, the freedom of dancing, the secrets of the number seven and walking like angels. After the musical treat that Tommy have presented on 'Tomorrow I might go', I can attest that the after-taste is pleasant and heart warming. These guys care about their music and I'd warrant a guess that they care about you too.
