Box Of Memories
Box of Memories is Brenda's second solo album. As the title suggests, this set of 14 songs include reflections on the past, but she's also facing up to the challenges of growing older with sensitivity, honesty and even a little humour!
Brenda does most of the vocal and instrumental work herself, but is supported by Auckland musicians Paul Symons (vocals, dobro & pedal steel) and Emily Giles (cello), while husband Mark plays bass and co-produced the album.
Box Of Memories is an eclectic, acoustic collection, ranging through folk, blues, country, spoken word and other harder-to-define genres.
