Self Flagellation - EP
Four years and various gigs later we find ourselves at STL Audio in Wellington furiously working away at recording an EP in lightening speed.
(We had dabbled with a demo disc which was recorded at a friend's place back when we were still a 5 piece but was really only ever intended for our own use.)
But the idea to book real studio time to record like real musicians do was a spur of the moment thing. It happened pretty much like this:

FIIN are a four piece originals band that hail from the Hutt Valley, Wellington. Formed late 2007, genre sits loosely in the Rock vein, with hints of funk and blues.
They have accumulated a nice little fanbase, gigging the live original music scene with a regular group of bands, some who will be joining them on the night of this event.
FIIN are proud to announce the release their self funded debut EP "Self Flagellation" on the 24th of September 2011, at the Medusa Bar.
Limited to a run of 300 copies which will be available for purchase on the night, it's a first come first served basis!
Supported by 4 great acts - the night will be a big step for FIIN, one that will be recorded forever in their musical career.
