The Inaugural Concert
Atoll presents a CD of the Inaugural Concert of the Klais Organ of the Auckland Town Hall.
Recorded on the 21st of March 2010, this new CD features the inaugural performance of Symphony in C composed for the occasion by Auckland City Organist, Dr John Wells.
This CD also features the thrilling combined forces of choirs, orchestra, organ and audience in a stirring rendition of the National Anthem of New Zealand, arranged for the occasion by Dr Indra Hughes.
The CD is accompanied by a 20pg booklet packed with info and photos about the organ and the performance.
