Discuss Nash Chase

Current Discussion:

  • Hi Stan & amplifier

Hey Nash is living in Australia (Sydney). He retired from a long fulltime singing career a couple of years ago but still does the odd gigs around Sydney. He is now a NLP Practitioner and works with life coaches.

Yes the kina film link - Jade and Toia are his daughters just reformed a band in Hamilton and Jordan (film editor for Kina previously) is his son and Dylan C works for Base Fm Dj and around Auckland including Rakinos. DJ severe cousin (father richard was in the kini quartet)

Be good to get some of his old ODE record recording re-released (Terrence O'neil Joyce company) as beautiful ballads.
Always wondered why Nash was so overlooked in terms of producing more albums as he did so well in NZ around the circuit.
Wrote a song in Oz for Doug Walters cricket anniversary something limited edition - got a copy, it's great!
    Cheers
    Debs (ex-wife)

  • Hi Stan,

apparently Nash has been living in Australia for many years now. A quick search through Google turned up this mention of his daughters (http://kinafilm.blogspot.com/2008/06/toia-jade.html) who it appears are fairly music too.

Keep your eyes out this week when we'll be digitally releasing some of his old recordings.

    Ka kite
