The Weekend album continues in the vein of Smashproof's number 1 hit single, Brother, as the group weave in
and out of complex topics, personal experiences and would-be scenarios with ease.
Young Sid explains of the album's concept: "This is an album for everyone, it shows the social and emotional side of what could, or does go on during the weekend, from the time you clock out on Friday to the time you start work on Monday."
The album highlights the chemistry between all three members and serves as a silencer for all naysayers and critics of Smashproof.
