12:24 is the culmination of Ruia writing fresh material, following on from the success of the award-winning Hawaiki album.
All of the songs on 12:24 were composed by Ruia and produced by award-winning producer DJ Chris Macro (Dubious Bros, Katchafire, Whirimako Black) who melded a mix of Ruia's own band with programmed grooves and moods to create a broad musical landscape.
