January 1st 2006. The date that the writing and recording process began on what would become R[evolve] the new album for the freshly renamed band that was, for 8 years known as 'breathingunderwater'. But more on that later.
Working from his home studio in Glen Eden, West Auckland it was to become a labour of love for the young father of one, working nights and weekends writing and demoing material for a project that was always going to be named "Shift", a name befitting a move to a new home, within a seemingly always-under-construction new studio space...
