Musiq Soulchild Concert To Premiere Aaradhna's New Live Show

They don't call her the New Zealand Princess of Soul & R&B for nothing, and it was no surprise that Aaradhna's debut single Wake Up from the forthcoming album Treble & Reverb went straight to #1 on the iTunes R&B / Soul chart after just 24 hours of release.
Currently sitting at #3 on the NZ singles chart and Top 40 RIANZ pop chart, Wake Up is just the beginning of a newfound attitude partnered with old school soul AARADHNA likes to call Retro/Metro. It's a sound that she will debut Live at the Civic Theatre, Auckland, September 12th in support of MUSIQ SOULCHILD.
AARADHNA will be treating Auckland fans to an all-star Soul performance on Wednesday night with the addition of "The Levites" Live band, and the Soul Trio of acclaimed singer/songwriters Bella Kalolo (Wellington), Mz J (Julie Ta'ale), and AARADHNA's very own little brother Asjay Patel.
When AARADHNA's harmonies spill through the speakers in this dynamic live show, you'll learn that it's not just treble and reverb that go good together. It's her silky voice over that doo-wop style, live instrumentation reminiscent of the Motown era of old, backed with harmonies by some of today's brightest soul sisters.
