Ryan McPhun One Of The World's Sexiest Vegetarians!

PETA Asia-Pacific - an affiliate of US organisation People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals - has revealed the winners of its 2010 Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrity Awards. Already having numerous awards under his belt, Khalil Fong of China was crowned Asia's Sexiest Vegetarian Man for 2010. Meanwhile, pop singer Jane Zhang, who hails from the same country, took the title of Asia's Sexiest Vegetarian Woman.
Other top contenders included pop star Faye Wong, model and Hollywood celebrity Maggie Q, actor Zeng Li, TV personalities Ruby Rose and Andrew G, Indian screen legend Amitabh Bachchan, Taiwanese muso Yaya Meng, cricket sensation Srishant and Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu.
You may be wondering why the Awards are of particular interest to us here in New Zealand. Well, the reason turns out to be that a number of New Zealand musicians were runners-up in the competition! Ryan McPhun and Amee Robinson from Kiwi act the Ruby Suns were in contention. Sam Crocker, Ross McDougal, Kris Bosman, Josh Moffitt and Israel McDean of local hardcore band Antagonist were also in the running.
