stellar* postpones Christchurch show at the Bedford

The stellar* show planned for October at the Bedford in Christchurch has been postponed due to the earthquake and resulting recovery.
The October 15th date will be rescheduled for the summer, once there is greater certainty around the earthquake-related issues.
Two of the band - Andrew Maclaren and Boh Runga - originate from Christchurch.
Says Andrew: "We're very saddened by the impact the earthquake has had on Christchurch, two of us have immediate family down there and in the scheme of things it did not seem to be the right time to be doing this. It's really disappointing to postpone the show but all going to plan we'll be back around Christmas time to make the last ever stellar* show a very special and heartfelt occasion."
Tickets that have already been purchased will be transferable to the revised show date or can be refunded from Ticketmaster.
