Dave Dobbyn Celebrates 30 Years As A Recording Artist with Three Exclusive Concerts Featuring The Hits From 1979 -2009.
Concert tickets at $19.79 are going on sale to celebrate Dave Dobbyn's 30 years as a recording artist.
Classic Hits is marking Dobbyn's landmark musical anniversary with three exclusive concerts at Powerstation in Auckland, St James in Wellington and Bedford in Christchurch, where he will perform all the hits from 1979-2009.
The celebratory ticket price is available from September 28.
Those attending will be reminded of Dobbyn's capacity to write a hook that endures, from Th'Dudes and DD Smash through to his solo hits. His continuing relevance is evident in his recent nomination for Male Artist of the Year for his latest album, 'Anotherland', an award he won for his previous album in 2006.
