The Ruby Suns Sign to Sub Pop and Tour NZ and Aus
11.07.07 - It's proving to be a mighty fine week to be a member of The Ruby Suns. Flush with the success of recent forays into Europe and the USA the Lil' Chief act have inked a deal for America and Asia with American indie label Sub Pop which is the home to acts such as The Shins, The Go! Team, Mudhoney, Afghan Whigs, Saint Etienne, Sleater-Kinney, Soundgarden, Nirvana as well as kiwi acts The Brunettes and Flight of the Conchords.
The band are now embarking on a NZ and Australian tour that will see them playing support for The Shins as well as several of their own gigs. You can catch The Ruby Suns on the following dates:
