Dimmer to Tour

Dimmer to Tour

Shayne Carter convenes the Dimmer live band after a two-year absence from the stage to celebrate the release of his third Dimmer album, There My Dear.

Carter toured the country last year with his reunited Straitjacket Fits and is promising an electrification of the Dimmer groove with an all-new line-up.

The veteran frontman is joined by drummer Dino Karlis (HDU), guitarist James Duncan (Punches, SJD) and bassist Kelly Steven. Dino and James were major contributors to There My Dear and Kelly was welcomed to the Dimmer fold when she appeared in the new videoclip directed by Back Of The Y's Chris Stapp and Matt Heath for "Don't Even See Me".

The Dimmer tour takes in the four main centres and tickets are now on sale from Ticketek, Real Groovy stores nationwide, Auckland Little Brother outlets and Radio One in Dunedin.

There My Dear debuted in the national album charts #6 and has been receiving good reviews from publications across the country.
