LOOP Recordings Aot(ear)oa is proud to introduce the first step in a new direction for the established Wellington label, with the signing and debut album from Tommy.
While maintaining the familiar flavour of previous LOOP releases, the arrival of Tommy to LOOP sign-posts the label's broadening scope to the adult contemporary audience. Tommy leads off for the label in the new direction, while preserving the New Zealand identity and unique sound which is the essence of LOOP Recordings.
Tommy brings together the moods of reggae, rock, soul and a dash of pop in a melodic melting pot to form their 'folk roots' sound.
