ARTIST: Mollyhawk
Mollyhawk is an Auckland-based three piece consisting of singer/guitarist Luke Bodie, bass player Angus Duirs and drummer Mike Burgess. The band has been together for close to two years and plays around Auckland and Hamilton on a regular basis.
Mollyhawk have released their self-titled three track EP.
Recorded at Studio 203 under the direction of renowned Auckland producer Andrew Buckton (The D4, Augustino, Sommerset), Mollyhawk's first venture into recording has produced what the band believes is a true representation of the group's live sound - big, emotional and fiery pop-rock.
