Since Stellar* split in 2010, Kurt Shanks has concentrated on solo material, with talented musicians Wayne Bell, Andrew Thorne and Mark Hughes (bass) coming on board. The four headed to Roundhead Studios to record Blood Line Heart, with the album engineered by Neil Baldock, produced by Bell, and mixed by Chris van de Geer.
