Begun in 1999 Dirt is a vehicle for sad and beautiful songs.
The band are; Simon- who does the lions share of the singing and plays guitar (Simon used to front 'Loves Ugly Children' and more recently 'The Subliminals'). Also choreographer for the band. Franky d. who twangs a guitar and on occasion will sing. Days of 'Pumpkinhead' punk pop thunder far behind him, his ears still ringing with 'Stereo Bus' tinnitus, he's happy to now be doing his best pedal steel impersonation in Dirt...
