Paul Agar And The Set
In 1982, singer-songwriter and guitarist Paul Agar was introduced to Reaction Records by Trevor Reekie (later to be Car Crash Set's guitarist). Reekie and Glyn Tucker believed his pure pop sensibilities were perfect fodder for commercial radio; catchy and memorable.
Radio did not agree however and never played his first single in 1982, Your Eyes. Australia's Pop guru-critic Glenn Baker loved it and released it in Australia on his Rivet label...
