Sairalei (say-rah-lay)are an Auckland based, alternative rocktrio, formed 2006. Dan (vocal/guitars), Rob (drums), and Caz(bass/vocals), have shared the stage with musically diversiveacts such as Mothra, Fornax Chemica, Sonic Altar, Tainted,Hangman, Mile High, Just One Fix, Big Punch,and Frozen Alice, showing their unique, genre bridging sound.
Ambient soundscapes, edgy metal-riffed fury, instrumentals,and even the odd ballad, point to influences ranging from
Mastadon to Jeff Buckley.
