Radio Over Moscow
Radio Over Moscow is new. There's not much of a history yet, except to say the debut album Battletech was released July 18, 2009.
If nothing else, ROM sounds like a low-budget mix of Nirvana, New Order, Killers, Smashing Pumpkins, Beatles, Weezer, Human League, Manic Street Preachers, Primal Scream and Blur.
ROM is completely independent - if you pay for a track, the only people getting any money are myself and whichever service you buy the music through.
