Whaiawa

Whaiawa, a wild soul child from Waikato River, with a mixed blood line right across Asia. Whaiawa is a poet, singer, songwriter as well as radio programme maker.
Whaiawa's vocal performance has a wild range, from traditional Maori tunes to Mongolian throat singing, from Chinese folk songs to Tibetan magcial chantting etc.
He Kaihua Ki Uta is Whaiawa's poetry radioshow at Wellington Access Radio.
Whaiawa published own debut poetry collection in China readers know Whaiawa as 'The Riverbed'.

is a name given by Maori muso Emma Paki.
Now Whaiawa lives in Wellington,
