Max Maxwell
Originally one third of Matipo Pyramid (a NZ trance group), Max has been making tunes on his own now for 3 years.
Max has been involved in the emergence of Dance Culture in New Zealand, mainly through events in the Nelson/Golden Bay area. After returning from travels in India (with much time spent in Goa) he became involved in the initial Entrain Parties which evolved into "The Gathering", now New Zealand's largest outdoor Party.
Having gone to Otago University at the time the "Dunedin Sound" emerged, he now feels this is influential in his musical style...
