Influenced by Robert Hunter (lyricist for the Grateful Dead), Bob Dylan, and old and new time American folk music (ranging from the Stanley Brothers to Peter Rowan), Leschen takes listeners on a magical and obscure journey from the streets of New York City, to the waters of the Andaman Sea, and to the Northland coast of New Zealand, to experience love, tragedy, darkness, light.
