Luke Buda
Born in Wroclaw, Poland, Lukasz Pawel Buda came to New Zealand in 1987, met Sam Flynn Scott and Conrad Wedde at Wellington High School 1992 and set about forming critically acclaimed "dorky-prog-synth-country" group The Phoenix Foundation.
Branching out on his own, in 2002 Buda released a mini album called, Buda "The C- Sides" (recently re-released by Slow Boat Records!).
His latest released on the Auckland label Arch Hill, is entitled Special Surprise
