Basscamp
In 2005 the hip-hop/roots collective known as Basscamp were formed with the sole intent of creating danceable beats based in conscious hip-hop and roots music.
Producer Paul Bimler (Confucius) is known for his involvement in many other projects - notably dubstep production team Joint Forces, as well as reggae production team Reality Chant Productions with Messenjah.
KP and Switch are the mainstays of
the Sunshine Soundsystem with Downtown Brown, and are frequent vocalists for Shapeshifter.
Matiu Te Huki leads his own group, My Golden Soul, as well as being the founder of Homefire Burning...
