The Moodswingers
In 2003 compatriot Welly beat-tards Tony Chang aka Toby Laing (Fat Freddy's Drop, Dub Connection), and Mephisto Jones aka Otis Chamberlain (Police Lucifer, The Illphonics), graf artist extraordinaire, came together with a mutual goal to create some music that ran against the grain of the well-loved dub and funk flavours so synonymous with their home-town sound.
Their intentions instead focused towards a far more angular and experimental atmosphere with no desire other than to "get ears-deep in some freaky shit".
