This collection was released as a companion to the movie screening at the 33rd International Film Festival in 2001. The film is produced by former member Geoff Murphy and Barrie Everard and stars the late Bruno Lawrence among others.
BLERTA for those that are not familiar with the early 70's NZ music scene, stands for: "Bruno Lawrence Electric and Traveling Apparition" and featured many Kiwi artists and actors including Beaver and Ian Watkin. They performed at festivals both here and in Australia for adults and children alike and they had their own TV show.
