Voom are making a rare (of late) foray into the live music world having announced three upcoming shows yesterday. Fans of the Auckland bad will be pleased to know there is also a new album to look forward to - albeit not until next year.
Tech geeks and followers of Auckland DJ/Producer Greg Churchill should head over to the Technical Sessions to watch the seven part interview with Greg. Whilst there take in the interviews with Antiform and Simon Flower... we'll have an interview with today's featured artist in the not too distant future to.
Release Of The Day:
Pitch Black - Harmonia Pt.1 - EP
When Pitch Black posted the parts for Harmonia online and invited anyone to remix it, the reaction took them by surprise: not only did the band's website crash, but so did the server hosting it due to the high demand.
Within 24 hours, the first remix had come in.
Pt. I an uptempo beast, with Neon Stereo and Samari (both Ableton users forum alumni) providing tech house mixes, and Plasma Corp and Drum Pets contributing psytrance bangers.
