Morning/Afternoon/Evening

28.06.10

Hope you had a great weekend and feel refreshed for another week's musical merriment, I know we are. So let's jump headfirst into some music with these three recent releases we like...

Monday Triple Play:

The Red Sea Buoys - I Can't Take Any More

The Red Sea Buoys are a protest group from Auckland. A protest group often without a cause.

I Can't Take It Any More is their latest single.

Zionhill - Can you Feel it?

In the Rastafari movement, "Zion" stands for a Utopian place of unity, Peace and freedom; a safe spiritual homeland, like in heaven, or a kind of peace of mind in one's present life.

Its fitting then, that a band hailing from Raglan on the majestic west coast of New Zealand's Northern Isle, should adopt such sensibilities.

Zionhill is the country's latest offering to the international world of music. A conscious yet vibrant, home-grown roots band, Can You Feel It?

St. Janera - City

St. Janera produces his own tracks, with the help of co-engineer and producer Enoke (Nox) Finau who has also produced for other artists such as Vince Harder, J. Williams and Nesian Mystik.

City is the second single released from the forthcoming album Dream City due out September 2010.
